Sysnative.com

Cofounded with John C. Griffith in 2012, Sysnative is an online support forum focused on Blue Screen of Death analysis and development tools. Over the years the team has grown to include talented staff, produced globally acclaimed tools, and become a destination where experts go to seek advice and share knowledge.

Date: 2012 - Present Role: Cofounder & Owner
Decision Making Tool

Decision Making Tool

A full-stack web application built as the senior CS Capstone Project at Portland State University for a local Portland company, Mastering Decisions. Led a team of developers through the full project lifecycle. Development continued independently after the capstone; the source code is available open source on GitHub.

Date: 2015 - 2016 Role: Team Lead
Driver Reference Table

Driver Reference Table

Originally a hand-maintained HTML table started by John Carrona, the Driver Reference Table (DRT) was redesigned from the ground up in 2010 with a full backend, frontend, and API for managing driver records and user submissions. Since the rewrite it has been integrated with multiple BSOD analysis tools and grown by over 400%, now tracking key information on over 10,000 drivers commonly associated with BSODs.

Date: 2010 - Present Role: Lead Developer
Color2Gray and Recolorer project

Color2Gray + Image Recolorer

An implementation of salience-preserving color removal based on "Color2Gray" by Gooch, et al. Converts color images to grayscale while maintaining perceptual differences that would otherwise be lost in a standard conversion.

Date: 2017 Role: Developer
Panorama Synthesis

Panorama Synthesis

An automatic panoramic image stitching tool based on Brown and Lowe's "Automatic Panoramic Image Stitching Using Invariant Features" (IJCV, 2007). Detects and matches invariant features across overlapping images to produce seamless panoramas.

Date: 2016 Role: Developer
Color Transfer

Color Transfer

An implementation of color palette transfer based on "Color Transfer between Images" by Reinhard, et al. Applies the color distribution of a source image onto a target image, allowing realistic recoloring without manual editing.
